Friday Night Transportation

G loves airplanes, and I mean loves airplanes.  Since Matt travels a bit, we have the opportunity to pick him up on some Friday nights.  He is beyond ecstatic to watch the planes land as we wait in the lot for Matt. 

One night on an after dinner drive we ended up near the airport and decided to find a spot to park.  It is difficult to get a good vantage point of the runways the airport for spectators.  Matt's persistence to find a spot for the kids to see has paid off with weeks of Friday night entertainment.  There is an industrial park near the airport whose road is the approach for landing. 

The planes are so close when they get to this point we could almost see the faces of the passengers in the windows.  This has become the new Friday night for us.  G has started to recognize the route to our watch spot and starts to get quite giddy.
